Licensed Practical Nurse - Multispecialty - Days - Westchester Medical Group - Eastchester, NY

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care in a multi-specialty setting, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with routine patient care activities such as administering medications, collecting specimens, and assisting with diagnostic tests.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure patient needs are met.
• Documenting patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health record (Epic).
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures and treatments.

Requirements

• One year of LPN experience in Ambulatory Care.
• Experience working in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology or Pulmonary health care setting.
• Current licensure and registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
