About the role

Surgical Services at North Alabama Medical Center includes 15 surgical suites, 6 Endoscopy Rooms, 6 private Pre-Admission Testing rooms, and 30 same day surgery rooms. Our team consists of specially trained surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, surgical technologists, certified nurse anesthetists, and other highly trained professionals.

Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator.
• Shape exceptional patient journeys every day using cutting-edge technology.
• Execute physician orders and supervise the implementation of nursing interventions.
• Advocate for patients, representing their interests when they cannot express themselves.
• Ensure patient outcomes, satisfaction, and cost efficiency through clinical results.

Requirements

• A current state LPN license.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
