Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care and coordinating daily nursing operations
• Supporting and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions
• Administering medications following standards and regulations
• Ensuring treatment plans and provider directives are followed
• Responding to medical concerns, emergencies, and urgent situations
• Maintaining compliance with scope of practice, policies, and guidelines
• Serving as a liaison between staff, providers, and leadership

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse certification
• Leadership and clinical skills in a correctional setting
• Ability to manage patient care and support staff effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Schedule

Monday through Friday for 32 hours weekly.
