About the role

Sentara RMH Medical Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for the 4 East medical surgical unit. Position offers a sign‑on bonus up to $8,000 with no contract or commitment and works the third (night) shift.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma (required)
• Licensed Practical Nursing certification/licensure (required)
• Relevant experience preferred; candidates approaching licensure will be considered

Pay

• Base pay range for full‑time employment: $28.57 – $43.04 per hour
• Additional compensation may include shift differentials, on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
• Sign‑on bonus up to $8,000 (no contract required)
