Accela Rehab and Care Center at Mananapan, located at 104 Pension Rd, Englishtown, NJ 07726, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents, following care plans and nursing protocols.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well‑being of residents.
• Support residents’ daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license from the state of New Jersey.
