About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor at Strabane Woods of Washington is responsible for coordinating and supporting the individualized plan of care for community residents. This position supervises and provides leadership and direction to the community team members to ensure quality care and services are provided to residents.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.

Pay

$27.50/hour - $33.50/hour; Depending on experience + $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time.

Schedule

Evening shift, 230pm – 11pm with rotating weekends and holidays.
