About the Role

Provide focused, one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, collaborating with RNs and clinical leadership. Support skilled nursing needs, follow prescribed care plans, and ensure patient safety. Maintain clear communication, build meaningful relationships, and deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines. Use the Employee Portal to request shifts, stay connected, and access support.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN or Multistate License
• TB test
• BLS CPR card (in-person certification)
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care

Pay

Salary range: $62,400 - $70,720 per year
