Care Options for Kids provides one-on-one care in the home, allowing LPNs to focus fully on their patients and deliver care with confidence and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Provide stable, supportive, and impactful care in a child's life

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
