Pediatric Home Health Nursing
Care Options for Kids is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a rewarding home health care role. This position offers one-on-one care in the home setting, focusing on pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
- Support patients with a variety of skilled nursing needs
- Deliver consistent, high-quality care in a supportive environment
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Pay

Sign-On Bonus
