Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – SIGN ON BONUS

About the role

Care Options for Kids is dedicated to providing pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can offer focused, one-on-one care in the home. This role allows LPNs to work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership, supporting patients with skilled nursing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in the home setting
• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Deliver care with confidence and consistency
• Offer stability, support, and the ability to make a real difference in a child's life

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Qualifications

Experience with G-tube, trach, and vent is preferred but not required. Candidates must have a valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License, complete a TB skin test or blood test, obtain a valid BLS CPR card, and possess a valid driver's license.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
