Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – SIGN ON BONUS
About the role
Care Options for Kids is dedicated to providing pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can offer focused, one-on-one care in the home setting. This role allows LPNs to work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership, supporting pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care in the home environment
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs

- Deliver care with confidence and consistency

Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
Qualifications
Experience with G-tube, trach, and vent procedures is preferred but not required. The role requires a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for making a difference in children's lives.
Skills
Effective communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently are essential. Familiarity with pediatric care and comfort in a home-based setting are also important.
