About the role

Care Options for Kids is dedicated to providing pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can offer focused, one-on-one care in the home setting. This role involves supporting pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs under the supervision of a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
  • Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
  • Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
  • Offer one-on-one care to ensure full attention and consistency in patient care

Requirements

  • Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
  • TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
  • Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
  • Valid driver's license
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Qualifications

Experience with pediatric patients and skilled nursing needs is preferred but not required. The role requires a strong commitment to patient care and a positive attitude.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible and tailored to the individual's availability and preference. Weekly pay and direct deposit are offered.

Pay

Details on pay structure and bonuses will be discussed during the interview process. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is eligible for eligible candidates.
