Position Details
Location: Brick, New Jersey
Schedule: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $36.10 per hour
Additional Shift Differentials Available: Earn an additional $2.00-$4.00 per hour based on applicable shift assignments
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide nursing services and clinical oversight within residential group home settings
- Aid in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized healthcare plans
- Maintain accurate medical records, health assessments, medication administration records, and related documentation
- Monitor individuals' overall health status and communicate medical concerns, changes in condition, or treatment updates to appropriate team members
- Collaborate with residential leadership, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support ongoing medical needs
- Assist individuals during physician visits, hospitalizations, specialty appointments, and admissions to rehabilitation or nursing facilities when required
- Support medication administration processes and ensure adherence to agency policies and healthcare regulations
- Promote a safe and healthy living environment while advocating for the well-being of individuals receiving services
- Participate in health-related training, education, and quality assurance initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing required and must remain in good standing
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse required
- Valid New Jersey driver's license required, with no more than five (5) points
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
