Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Private Duty Pediatric Nurse

About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Administer medications & treatments
• Assess patient condition
• Educate families and caregivers
• Follow Plan of Care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (KS)
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) preferred
