Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Private Duty Pediatric Nurse

About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. The role is suitable for nurses passionate about building meaningful relationships and delivering high-quality, personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Care for patients and educate family members to support improved outcomes
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (South Carolina)
• Licence acquired 1 year prior to application
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) preferred

• Willing to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Preferred pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) preferred
