- Maintain accurate documentation in line with provided orders.
RN / LPN Requirements
- Current nursing license in the state.
- Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
- Careful and friendly demeanor.
- Up to date Medical Documents.
- Experience with trach, vent, and/or g-tube.
