About the role

Park Avenue Healthcare is seeking an energetic Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team and uphold our high standards of resident care. We specialize in Short Term Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, and Sub-acute Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide for emotional and spiritual needs and ensure the safety of patients.
• Notify appropriate personnel about unusual symptoms and/or changes in patient condition.
• Give and receive patient reports.
• Perform nursing procedures for which the nurse is prepared.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited, approved school of nursing.
• Current registration with State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• In-service training provided in special areas.
• New graduates are welcome.

Schedule

• Hiring for 3p–11p and/or 11p–7a shifts.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
