About the role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll be a key contributor to our patient care team, delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders. Your role is essential in supporting individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders.
  • Support individualized care plans, administer treatments, and ensure a safe and healing environment for every patient.
  • Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide responsive, high-quality care.
  • Integrate company values into your daily practice and uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more.
  • Perform advanced care tasks such as IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains.
  • Work 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay).

Requirements

  • LPN License (State of New Mexico)
  • CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred
  • 1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
