About the Role
Traditional Home Health Care (Pediatric & Adult Skilled) is a leader in the healthcare field, providing exceptional skilled nursing and aide services. Our goal is to restore each patient’s health, build their confidence, and help them lead healthier, more independent lives. We’re seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care and support to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
Pay
$28-$32 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit.
Schedule
- Williamsport, PA: Monday - Friday, 12pm - 3pm (preschool accompaniment)
- Williamsport, PA: Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12am
- Jersey Shore, PA: Overnights, 11:00pm - 7:00am
- Morning, evening, or overnight shifts available
- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (full shift work)
- PRN, part-time, or full-time positions
- No weekend or minimum shift requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care in home or school environments
- Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Perform patient assessments and coordinate care
- Report any changes in client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
- Promote health, teach, and train family members
