About the role

We’re currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Our skilled nurses provide high-quality, one-on-one care and support to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• One-to-one patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Report any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Requirements

• Active LPN license

Schedule

• Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available
• Morning, evening, or overnight shifts (8’s, 10’s, or 12’s)
• PRN, part-time, or full-time positions with no weekend or minimum requirements
• Immediate openings:
  • Thursday & Friday 6:30pm–6:30am – Saturday & Sunday 10:30pm–6:30am (two positions)

Pay

$28–$32 per hour
