G-tube experience needed
Cresco, PA: Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm / Monday - Friday overnight shifts available, large breed dog in the home
Tobyhanna, PA: Monday - Friday 8am-8pm & Saturday & Sunday 9am-6pm

Responsibilities

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Available Nursing Shifts

• Morning, evening or overnight8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
• No weekend or minimum requirements
