About the role
Our skilled nurses provide high-quality, one-on-one care and support to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort and safety of their own homes. Assignments are close to home, with a supportive, positive team environment and 24/7 clinical support.
Responsibilities
- One-to-one patient care in home/school environment
- Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Patient assessments; coordination of care
- Report any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Schedule
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- Morning, evening, or overnight shifts (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts)
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available
- No weekend or minimum shift requirements
Pay
$28-$32 per hour with weekly pay via direct deposit.
