About the Role

We’re currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Our skilled nurses provide high-quality care and support to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Immediate openings in:

• Nanticoke, PA: Weekends 7am-4pm
• Plymouth, PA: Monday - Friday 9am-3pm
• Hazleton, PA: Friday & Saturday 10pm-7am
• West Hazleton, PA: Thursday - Sunday 6am-6pm or 7am-7pm

Pay

$28-$32 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit.

Schedule

• Weekday and weekend shifts available
• Full-time and part-time schedules
• Morning, evening, or overnight shifts
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time options
• No weekend or minimum shift requirements

Responsibilities

• One-to-one patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Report any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
