Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Personal Care – Sherwood Oaks

About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Sherwood Oaks, part of UPMC Senior Communities and managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, coordinates and supports the individualized plan of care for community residents. They supervise and provide leadership and direction to community team members to ensure quality care and services are provided.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.

Pay

$26.50/hour - $34.00/hour; Depending on experience

Schedule

24 hours/week, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM with every other weekend rotation
