As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in helping patients overcome opioid addiction while working alongside an experienced Medical Director, Registered Nurse, and clinical team in a supportive outpatient environment.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and accurately document patient care
- Monitor patients before and after dosing
- Perform medication inventory and reconciliation
- Obtain vital signs, TB testing, and other clinical assessments
- Assist the Medical Director with patient evaluations and scheduling
- Maintain accurate, confidential medical records
- Support CARF accreditation and regulatory compliance
- Deliver exceptional customer service while greeting patients and answering phones
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience
- Clinical nursing experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing practices
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, outpatient nursing, family practice, corrections, emergency medicine, or community health is a plus
