About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA), you will support the physician or mid-level provider with assisting in development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in the office. You will coordinate care with other services or outside health care providers and serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider, and all other health care providers.

Requirements

• Completion of a Practical Nursing Program or Medical Assistant degree required
• Current LPN or MA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required
• Knowledge in regulatory requirements of third-party payors such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Shield preferred
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association within the first year of hire required
• Two years of office experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications preferred
