Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) - Nights

Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-hour shifts | $15,000 Sign-On Bonus | $2.00 additional pay for night shift

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in condition
• Provide direct nursing care including treatments and medication administration
• Observe residents closely for overnight changes and communicate with leadership as needed
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record system
• Prepare residents for morning transition of care
• Mentor and support CNAs/NA’s during overnight operations

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing
• Basic nursing competency skills
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred
• Meets all Federal and State licensure requirements
