About the role

We are in search of an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in our Toledo and Maumee Facilities!

Responsibilities

• Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Charge Nurses.
• Full time night shift 6p-6a
• Guides the patient through their detox process per the physician's orders.
• Works to educate the patient about his/her condition and assists the physician and ARNP with clinical reporting.
• Performs nursing assessments at intake and performs necessary discharge nursing actions as well as routine reports needed from clinical for insurance patients.
• Administers prescribed medications, as prescribed by medical team.
• Makes independent decisions within the scope of their license involving patient care.
• Uses sound judgment in the informing of the Chief Nursing Officer/Charge Nurse and the Medical Director of all decisions made and when/how they should be communicated.
