Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nights $1,500 Sign On Bonus!

Position Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri (required)
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care in a safe, clean environment
• Assess and monitor residents’ health, administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Accurately document care, medication administration, and changes in condition
• Supervise and support assigned staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership
