About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts at a Skilled Nursing Facility in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Collect resident information and record health details such as vitals and temperature
- Administer medications and injections
- Treat wounds
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Assist residents with personal hygiene
- Monitor food and liquid intake/output
Requirements
- Valid NY State LPN license
- Good standing with the State Registry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
