Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - New Grads Welcome

About the Role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in a Primary Care office. Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time (min. 20 hours/week) with a flexible day shift schedule. New LPN grads are welcome to apply; on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration
• Phlebotomy
• Electronic Medical Record documentation
• Intake process and work with provider to assist with patient visit
• Administer injections
• Perform ECGs
• Telephone triage
• Place orders and refill prescriptions at the Provider's request

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Current Valid New York State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• GPN's one-year timeframe to pass boards
• Prior experience in busy medical office preferred, but not required
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

Pay

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour (depending on experience). Non-Exempt.
