How You'll Contribute
- Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
- Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care; may administer medication.
- Documents patient care provided.
- Aids RN in developing the plan of care.
- Aids patients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Maintains patient status and responses to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and family.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
- Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.

What We're Looking For
- The right person who will be supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, providing direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- Applicants must have a current LPN VA or compact state license.
- Graduate of a practical school of nursing.
- Additional Requirements Include AHA BLS certification required.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly Range: $22.20 - $28.68 per hour
