Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients in their homes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes
• Adhere to state licensure and regulatory requirements
• Perform hands-on nursing tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
