Responsibilities
- Operate on a 1:1 nurse to patient ratio
- Provide care in a unit with 10 beds and a welcoming environment
- Rotate every third weekend and major holidays
Requirements
- Active Iowa RN license (single-state or compact)
- If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins
