Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Inpatient

Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for contributing to patient assessment, planning, and care delivery. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, coordinate with interdisciplinary team, and support patient and family education. Participate in unit decision-making, mentor new staff, and promote safety and patient satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program, with the ability to meet unit-specific care standards. Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered care, and collaborates effectively with team members. Key Duties: Contribute data to assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and assist with discharge planning.
