About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a per diem capacity, providing essential nursing care within various healthcare facilities in Hampton Roads.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.
- Collect, document, and monitor patient information, reporting changes in condition promptly.
- Provide wound care, patient education, and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Coordinate care with healthcare professionals such as nurses and physicians.
- Perform additional duties as required by the facility.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Recent PPD within the last year.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
