Responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one client care for the entire shift.
• Work with local clients nearby, minimizing commute.
• Manage care for clients with diagnoses such as TBI, CP, premature birth, spinal muscle atrophy, and epilepsy.
• Ensure compliance with state/local mandates as an accredited home health provider.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (transcript or diploma).
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Pay

$4,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time night nurses.

Schedule

• Flexible schedules – part‑time or full‑time, days, evenings, or nights.
• Private duty shifts are full shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours.
• One client per shift, allowing predictable workload.
