Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide care
- Assists patients to achieve basic health care goals
- Identifies patient education needs and provides instruction
- Assists staff in implementing quality improvement measures
- Provides telephone advice to patients according to physician protocols
- Refers patients appropriately
- Participates in staff meetings
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of NH
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate
