Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Fully Benefited

Position Overview

The LPN provides direct pediatric patient care at a Day Health Center under RN supervision. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, prioritizing care, communicating changes, implementing physician orders, and documenting care accurately. The role offers a team-oriented environment to develop specialized pediatric nursing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient condition
• Identify care priorities
• Notify RN of changes or new orders
• Implement orders and communicate updates
• Document nursing care meticulously

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license
• CPR certification (or obtained during orientation)
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is a plus
