About the role
Avantara Long Grove is searching for highly qualified, resident-focused Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team. Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the medication and care they need as directed by their individual care plan
- Conduct resident assessments
- Be a team leader
- Advocate for your residents
- Ensure residents are comfortable and safe using your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail
Qualifications
- As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois LPN license
- Prior LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing environment is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
