Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Full Time- NHC Kingsport

About the role

NHC Kingsport is a 90-bed skilled nursing and inpatient rehabilitation facility located at 2300 Pavilion Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660. We are a CMS 5-Star facility known for excellent patient care. We are actively seeking additional Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Document patient care in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Perform basic medical procedures under supervision

Requirements

• Current licensure as an LPN in the state of Tennessee
• At least one year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred but not required
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
• Basic computer skills
