LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) FULL TIME DAYS
About the role
AMG Specialty Hospital - Lafayette is seeking Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Day Shifts with LTAC experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care;
- Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures and standards;
- Communicate with physicians and team members about changes in patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology;
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment;
- Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
Requirements
- Current Louisiana LPN Licensure in good standing;
- Acute Care, Med-Surg, Critical Care or ICU experience preferred;
- Current BLS Certification;
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing;
- Basic computer skills.
