Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-time

About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing basic patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintaining patient health records and documentation
• Assisting patients with personal hygiene and mobility
• Monitoring patient vitals and reporting changes
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• Current LPN license in good standing
• At least one year of relevant healthcare experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
