Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring a 7p-7a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

About the role

In conjunction with the Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing in the development and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on a per-shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing preferred
