Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time

About the role

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings. In collaboration with the Unit Director, the LPN develops and implements individualized Nursing Care Plans to meet the needs of residents, assists in orienting and supervising nursing personnel, and manages daily unit operations on a per-shift basis. This role may also assume leadership responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans in alignment with nursing principles.
• Ensure the needs of residents are met through compassionate and effective care.
• Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
• Oversee daily operations of the unit on a per-shift basis.
• Assume leadership responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
