Starting pay: $34 per hour (based on previous experience), plus $2 PM/night shift differential and 10% weekend pay differential for all shifts.
Schedule
- Full-time role (1.1 FTE) – 12-hour overnight shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), rotating weekends
- Full-time role (1.1 FTE) – 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), rotating weekends
- Full-time role (0.8 FTE) – 8-hour mid-shifts (11:30 AM – 7:30 PM), rotating weekends (Admission Nurse)
- Part-time role (0.6 FTE) – 8-hour PM shifts (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM), rotating weekends
- Part-time role (0.6 FTE) – 8-hour overnight shifts (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM), rotating weekends
Requirements
- LPN license in good standing in Illinois
- Long-term care experience (preferred)
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Strong computer skills
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents
- Dispense and record all medications accurately
- Carry out all physicians' orders accurately
- Ensure that care of the residents from CNAs and nurses is delivered appropriately
