Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides patient care using the nursing process under supervision or alongside a registered nurse, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. The position involves floating across various hospital departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical, at multiple facilities.
