JOB DETAILS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) Full-Time | Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience) Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Join Our Team Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team on the 7:00 AM-7:00 PM day shift. As a Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide exceptional nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation community while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding, resident-centered care. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions.Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.Monitor resident response to medications and treatments.Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.Accurately complete electronic nursing documentation.Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and communicate concerns appropriately.Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care.Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.Current CPR/BLS certification.Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
