Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day & Night Shifts Available
Position Overview
As an LPN, you’ll provide essential nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider. You’ll support patient wellness through medication administration, monitoring, and everyday assistance that helps improve comfort and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Auxiliary tasks such as assisting patients with ADLs, mobility, nutrition, and hygiene
- Monitor and document changes in patient condition
- Report critical findings to the RN or medical team
- Foster respectful communication with patients and their families
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive unit culture
Qualifications
- Active Oregon LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a close-knit care team
