Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Community South Emergency Department

Join Community Health Network, a healthcare provider dedicated to providing exceptional care to its neighbors. Community South offers a full-time LPN night shift position in the Emergency Department.
Responsibilities
- Performs direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
- Collaborates with the RN on the plan of care.
- Affords assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Administers medications as per the plan of care.
- Performs phlebotomy as needed.
- Directs patient care, including order transcription, documentation, and reinforcement of patient and family education.
- Collaborates with other team members to perform other unit services as directed.
Requirements
- Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience.
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
